刪除帳戶

在應用程式內刪除（最快）

1. 打開樓梯易應用程式並登入。
2. 按底部「我」分頁，選擇「刪除帳戶」。
3. 閱讀說明後剔選確認，再按「永久刪除帳戶」。

無法使用應用程式？

請透過以下方式提出刪除要求，並提供你登入時使用的 Apple 或 Google 電郵地址。我們核實身份後會盡快刪除，並通知你。

會刪除的資料

• 你的帳戶及個人檔案（姓名、電郵地址、登入方式）
• 所有登入紀錄
• 你上載的所有相片及影片
• 預約紀錄中的年齡、體重、病歷及病人狀況等健康資料

會保留的資料及保存期

已建立的預約紀錄會保留，但不再連結任何帳戶，當中仍載有預約時填寫的聯絡人姓名、電話及服務地址：

• 未付款、被拒或已取消的預約：最後更新後 12 個月清除其中的個人資料。
• 已付款或已完成的預約：為符合香港帳目及稅務規定，保留 7 年後清除其中的個人資料。

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the StairEase app and sign in.
2. Tap the 我 (Me) tab, then 刪除帳戶 (Delete account).
3. Read the notice, tick to confirm, then tap 永久刪除帳戶 (Delete account permanently).

Can't use the app?

Ask us by WhatsApp or email and give the Apple or Google email address you signed in with. We verify the request, delete the account as soon as possible, and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address, sign-in method)
• All sign-in sessions
• All photos and videos you uploaded
• Health details in your bookings: age, weight, medical history and patient condition

What is kept, and for how long

Booking records stay, no longer linked to any account. They still hold the contact name, phone number and service address given for the booking:

• Unpaid, declined or cancelled bookings: personal details cleared 12 months after the last update.
• Paid or completed bookings: kept for 7 years for Hong Kong accounting and tax requirements, then personal details are cleared.
